Service Overview
Every ocean move begins and ends on a road. The container that misses its vehicle placement misses its stuffing slot, then its gate-in, then its vessel — and the finest carrier contract cannot recover a week lost on the highway. Our transport desk exists to make that chain boring: trailers placed when promised, drivers briefed, containers gated in against cut-off, every movement visible.
Working from Gandhidham, we run 20ft and 40ft container trailers between Kandla, Mundra, the Gujarat ICDs and factories across Kutch, Gujarat and up-country India through a vetted network of fleet partners. Export empties are picked from the yard and placed for factory stuffing; laden imports move out under DPD or from the CFS to your plant. For over-dimensional consignments we arrange multi-axle and low-bed equipment with the permits and route planning ODC movement demands.
Because the same office books your sea freight and files your customs documents, transport is never a separate conversation. One coordinator sequences the release, the vehicle, the stuffing and the gate-in — and when a truck runs late, you hear it from us with a recovery plan, not from the CFS with a penalty.

Port & ICD Haulage
Daily trailer movement in and out of Kandla (Deendayal Port), Mundra and the Gujarat ICDs — empty pick-up, factory placement, laden gate-in and import delivery run against vessel and rail cut-offs.

20ft & 40ft Trailer Fleet
Standard and high-cube container trailers through vetted fleet partners, matched to your cargo weight and route. Placement windows are committed in writing and tracked to the hour.

ODC & Heavy Movement
Multi-axle hydraulic trailers and low-bed equipment for over-dimensional and heavy cargo, with route surveys, escort vehicles and state permits arranged before the wheels turn.

GPS-Tracked Movements
Vehicles report position throughout the journey. You get placement confirmation, en-route milestones and proof of delivery — visibility that turns transport from a black box into a schedule.

First & Last Mile

From booking to delivery
A disciplined, documented process — the same rigour on every file, whether it is one LCL carton or a full project shipment.
Movement Plan
Route, equipment type, permits and timing are fixed against your stuffing schedule and the vessel cut-off — with buffer built in where the lane deserves it.
Vehicle Placement
The trailer reports at the yard or factory inside the committed window, inspected and matched to the container release.
Loading & Lashing
Stuffing or ODC loading is supervised where required, weights verified against VGM, and cargo secured for the corridor it will travel.
In-Transit Tracking
GPS milestones flow to your coordinator; exceptions — weather, breakdowns, checkpost delays — are flagged with revised ETAs immediately.
Delivery & POD
Gate-in confirmed against cut-off, or import cargo delivered and unloaded, with proof of delivery closing the movement file.
