CHA & Compliance

Shipping bills, bills of entry, DPD, drawback and every regulatory NOC — filed correctly the first time, at both Gujarat gateways.

Service Overview

Customs is where good shipments go to wait — unless the paperwork is right. Our clearance desk sits minutes from Deendayal Port and works both Kandla and Mundra daily, filing shipping bills for exporters and bills of entry for importers with the accuracy that keeps containers moving through the gate instead of standing in the yard accruing charges.

The work is broader than filing. Correct HS classification decides your duty outgo and your eligibility for schemes; valuation queries need answering with evidence; ADC, FSSAI and plant-quarantine NOCs need chasing in parallel, not in sequence. Because the same desk coordinates DPD deliveries, CFS movements and our own transport fleet partners, clearance connects directly to the physical move — no gap between the let-export order and the gate-in, or between out-of-charge and delivery.

Exporters also lean on us for what comes after clearance: duty drawback claims, RoDTEP scrips and DGFT documentation that turn entitlement on paper into money in the bank. It is unglamorous work, done properly, at the two ports that matter most to Gujarat trade.

What's included

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE — SCOPE OF SERVICE / 06 LINE ITEMS

01

Export Clearance

Shipping bill preparation and filing, examination coordination, let-export order follow-up and gate-in at Kandla and Mundra — aligned to vessel cut-offs so documentation never costs you a sailing.

02

Import Clearance

IGM monitoring, bill of entry filing, duty computation, first-check or second-check examination handling and out-of-charge follow-through — planned before the vessel berths, not after.

03

DPD Coordination

For Direct Port Delivery clients we align the bill of entry, duty payment and transport placement so containers move straight from the terminal to your factory, skipping the CFS entirely and saving both days and charges.

04

HS Classification & Valuation

Considered tariff classification and documented valuation support that stand up to query — protecting you from short-levy notices later and from overpaying duty now.

05

Regulatory NOCs

ADC, FSSAI, plant quarantine, wildlife and other agency clearances identified at the enquiry stage and processed in parallel with customs, so a missing NOC never ambushes a live container.

06

Drawback & Export Incentives

Duty drawback claims, RoDTEP scrips and DGFT licence documentation prepared and tracked to credit — because an incentive you cannot collect is just paperwork.

How we work

From booking to delivery

A disciplined, documented process — the same rigour on every file, whether it is one LCL carton or a full project shipment.

01

Document Review

Invoice, packing list, licences and product details are checked before filing. Classification and duty are agreed with you up front — no surprises at assessment.

02

Filing & Assessment

Shipping bill or bill of entry is filed electronically; queries from the appraising officer are answered same-day with supporting evidence.

03

Examination & Release

Where examination is ordered we attend it, coordinate sampling or NOCs, and push the file through to let-export order or out-of-charge.

04

Port Coordination

Gate-in for exports, DPD or CFS delivery for imports — synchronised with our transport partners so cleared cargo moves the same day.

05

Post-Clearance Support

Drawback and RoDTEP follow-up, document archives for audit, and amendment handling if a shipment's paperwork needs correction later.

FAQ

Customs Clearance: common questions

The core set is the commercial invoice, packing list, and any product-specific licences or certificates (for example FSSAI, phytosanitary or inspection certificates). From these we prepare and file the shipping bill. For first-time exporters we also verify IEC registration, AD code mapping at the port and scheme declarations before filing, so the first shipment clears as smoothly as the fiftieth.
